Looking for a career as a female or male heavy equipment operator but don’t have any work experience to put on your resume? All that can change with Duypreé's training program.
The Duypreé's Snowplowing Female and Male Heavy Equipment Operator Program is structured as a 1-week classroom and job-site training segment at Duypreé’s office, followed by 4 subsequent months (18 weeks) of hands-on, supervisor-supervised work in the residential and commercial snowplowing industries.
Candidates that are successful in the training program and align with Duypreé's culture and safety standards will retain preferred status with Duypreé's snowplowing for seasonal employment. You will receive a Certificate of Completion and a Letter of Reference to be eligible for a $500 "Safety First Quality Always".

APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Valid D Driver’s License without restrictions or another provincial equivalent.
High school diploma or GED equivalency.
Strong employment history or character references.
Ability and Willingness to work long shifts (12+ hours/shift) during the day or night.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently.
Basic Mechanical Aptitude.
Highly Motivated, Positive Attitude.
Ready, Willing and able to Work on-Call.
